"Conservatives saw the savagery of 9/11 and the attacks and prepared for war," he said in a prepared text released by the White House. "Liberals saw the savagery of the 9/11 attacks and wanted to prepare indictments and offer therapy and understanding for our attackers."
The left balked and screamed, "Outrageous!" "Fire Karl Rove"!
But Rove was right - the left doesn't get 9/11.
When I say "left" I'm not talking about Joe Liberman liberals and other good people on the other side of the isle who do get 9/11 and it's significance, and it's point: "On September 11th, radical Islam declared war on us; after that we declared on them".
No, by the " left" I mean the nut-bags such as Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, Edward Kennedy, who would literally sell this country down the river if it got them a vote or two. I also mean the clueless numb-bags around the internet as well.
Michelle Malkin is keeping track of some of the comments coming out of the moonbat left, especially Democratic Underground take a look.
Yet back to my point. While I perused the Democratic Underground site today, low and behold it wasn't one minute before I found this comment from some moonbat called "liberal and proud":
"We need to get at the root cause and address that to prevent more people from becoming terrorist. There is a reason they hate us and are willing to kill and kill themselves. Solve that problem and you win the war on terror."
Yep Mr. L&B, that's called "Therapy and understanding". Karl was right - you guys don't get 9/11, and you never will.
