As you know Philip Berg, an attorney in Philedelphia is leading the charge to have Barack Obama prove his citizenship. Yes we know about the certificate of live birth, but again, his own grandmother, as well as several others who know him in Kenya say otherwise.
Whether Berg is a nut or not, or a patriot will be up the interpreter. But the case is ongoing. While Berg's case was thrown out of court and the Supreme Court via U.S. Supreme Court Justice David Souter refused to hear the case to stop the tabulation of votes after the election, he has ordered Obama to respond to the Writ of Certiorari" by Dec. 1.
Meanwhile there is rumblings about about the log entry detailing the birth of Obama in Kenya now being secured in the UK.

We have known for sometime now that Obama was born in Kenya.
Reply DeleteWhy would he go through the trouble of trying to pass off a phoney birth certificate, instead of just showing a certified copy?
Because there isnt one thats why.
We might get lucky and a judge that is willing to look at this from the eyes of the voters and how they have been hoodwinked will take action against this greased pig.
From the cheating and fraud in the caucus's to his refusal to give up any part of his past, his school records, school thesis, simple things, doctors statements, etc.
You dont have to hide if you have nothing to hide.
Obama is hiding.
Unavoidable scenario: If SCOTUS disqualifies Obama BEFORE 1/20/09 inauguration, McCain is POTUS per remaining electoral college electors; if SCOTUS disqualifies Obama after 1/20/09 inauguration, Hillary likely becomes POTUS per vote of Dem controlled House of Rep. Either way, is clear Obama will NOT be or remain POTUS.
