Trump Busted? - Campaign Issues "Emergency Call for Donations"

So much for being "Tremendously Rich"!

"The Donald Trump campaign has sent its first "emergency" fundraising email to supporters Saturday, seeking to raise at least $100,000 by the end of the day.

That request follows a multimillion dollar ad blitz launched by likely general election rival Hillary Clinton this week.
"Right now we're facing an emergency goal of $100,000 to help get our ads on the air," the email said. "We need your contribution by 11:59 P.M. Tonight."

"Crooked Hillary is about to invade your TV with ads attacking Mr. Trump. But we're preparing to fight back," it reads, adding that the campaign plans to attack Clinton over her role in Benghazi and the FBI probe into her use of a private email server while secretary of state.

Clinton this week launched a multimillion dollar ad blitz in eight swing states, her first geared toward the general election.

Meanwhile, Republican leaders have worried about Trump's fundraising operation as he mounts a general election campaign against Clinton's well-oiled machine.

Several prominent GOP donors have said they would keep their wallets shut this cycle and not support the unconventional candidate.

But Trump has recently said there's "no reason" for his campaign to raise his previously pledged $1 billion for the general election."
Yeah because he's get's so much airtime for just "farting". Interesting because many big GOP donors said they would keep their money to themselves - for now. Trump had boasted through the primaries that he didn't need money - after all, he's got a bazillion bucks and can fund himself.

On the other hand the Hillary Express has more money up her lying wazoo. So this will be interesting to watch.

Misunderestimating The Palin Effect

Once again the media is missing the point.

Especially with the influence and effect of Sarah Palin. Then again perhaps they do, thus they have gone after her as if - if they could - kill her off be rid of her, simply because of what she will mean in the years to come.

Right now her book, "Going Rogue" is flying off bookshelves - 300,000 copies, far outselling that of Hillary, Obama or any other recent "media hero".

The reason is evident. People across the US are connecting and have found someone who speaks and thinks as they do.

The rumblings of the populace are growing and as the marches this summer told us they are growing in number.  The majority isn't the socialist wing of the Democratic party, it's the majority of Americans who are conservative and who have had enough with government takeover and influence in their lives.

Palin represents the beginning of the revolution to come.   As millions of copies of her book go out and other conservatives overtake the airwaves to get more activist, we shouldn't have to endure the current scourge any longer than 2012.

Once again the media will underestimate the effect, and try - as they have unsuccessfully to demonize it.  Nevertheless it will succeed.

We are winning folks, but keep up the fight!

Let the RINO Hunt Begin

I told you that 2010 and 2012 will be the beginning of the end of RINOS in the Republican Party. Let the purge begin.
"In what could be a nightmare scenario for Republican Party officials, conservative activists are gearing up to challenge leading GOP candidates in more than a dozen key House and Senate races in 2010. Conservatives and tea party activists had already set their sights on some of the GOP’s top Senate recruits — a list that includes Gov. Charlie Crist in Florida, former Rep. Rob Simmons in Connecticut and Rep. Mark Kirk in Illinois, among others. But their success in Tuesday’s upstate New York special election, where grass-roots efforts pushed GOP nominee Dede Scozzafava to drop out of the race and helped Conservative Party nominee Doug Hoffman surge into the lead on the eve of Election Day, has generated more money and enthusiasm than organizers ever imagined. Activists predict a wave that could roll from California to Kentucky to New Hampshire and that could leave even some GOP incumbents — Utah Sen. Bob Bennett is one — facing unexpectedly fierce challenges from their right flank. “I would say it’s the tip of the spear,” said Dick Armey, the former GOP House majority leader who now serves as chairman of FreedomWorks, an organization that has been closely aligned with the tea party movement. “We are the biggest source of energy in American politics today.”
It's time has come. Don't believe the dying whining of the RINOS in the blogsphere let you believe that this is anything but a GOOD thing for our party.

 Repeat this over and over.

The Republican Party wins ONLY when Conservatism is it's core. Willy-Nilly RINOISM got us shalacked in 2006 and 2008. Trying to out liberal the liberals, quasi-Republicans made deals with the devil and got burned in the process.

For all that "reaching across the isle" that McCain, Graham, Snowe and others touted what did it gain? Nada. Pelosi is locking Republicans out of meetings, pushing her far-left socialist agenda on Americans.

The only way we stop her is by getting that gavel out of her hand. We do that by putting conservatism back in command of this country and that task has begun.

We will target any candidate, incumbent or otherwise, who does not adhere to and prove by record store conservative core principles of governance.

Super Resurgent Conservative Tuesday - Get out and Vote Conservatives in New Jersey, Virginia and NY-23!

I'm look for for a sweep tomorrow in New Jersey, Virginia and NY-23.    Right now Christie is pulling away, Obama's last minute efforts having failed.   Virginia is in the bag and even NY-23 is looking good in the latest polling.

But if your in one of those voting districts PLEASE get out and vote!   Don't take the polls for granted, do your duty.  Incidentally when you are there be alert to Democrat voter fraud, you know it's going to take place, indeed dirty tricks has begun.

Report suspicious activities via Twitter, Youtube or even via this site at macrangershow@gmail.com.   The GOP will have a hotline as well as having observers at polling places to ensure that Dems don't try to steal the show.

Onward!

Scozzafava is hereby Excommunicated from the GOP

Now that Scozzafava has endorsed a Pelosi democrat for NY-23, the GOP needs to step forward and formally blacklist her from all further endorsements, cash and support.

She's dead to the party and the party should be dead to her.

Contact the GOP and tell them not ONE DIME until they publicly denounce Scozzafava and withdraw all further funding from any of her campaigns now or ever.

In other words, blacklist the bitch.

What Deed's Departure Means for the Conservative Movement

The withdrawal of Dede Scozzafava is a boon for conservatives everywhere.

Hand picked by the GOP, who seems bent on creating "Obama 2.0", and remaking the party into what it's never been, voters soundly rejected her and that's a GOOD THING for our movement. Repeat this until it sticks.

We are where we are because we didn't stick to our core conservative principles of governance - period. Americans are by and large conservative and that's why we kept congress for 14 years and won five of the last eight presidential elections.

We are NOT the party of moderates and fence-sitting independents, we never have been.

Remember that Reagan won over moderates and independents because he spoke to them conservative principles that they could identify with. NOT because he watered down the message to make it more their flavor.

What we are seeing in New Jersey, Virginia and NY-23 and soon around the country is the people returning to their conservative roots.   We're seeing a revolution.

They've seen what they wrought by electing socialist Barack Obama and have begun to reject that as well. Americans are horrified by what they see happening now,  how their country is being taken over by a renegade democrat congress who desires to control their lives, and they are showing that at the polls.

Michael Steel and the GOP need to wake up and either get a clue or step aside.

The revolution has begun, we are taking back this party.

Scozzafava Suspends Campaign - Throws Support to Hoffman

Just breaking:

"Dede Scozzafava, the Republican and Independence parties candidate, announced Saturday that she is suspending her campaign for the 23rd Congressional District and releasing all her supporters.
The state Assemblywoman has not thrown her support to either Doug Hoffman, the Conservative Party candidate, or Bill Owens, the Democratic candidate. "Today, I again seek to act for the good of our community," Ms. Scozzafava wrote in a letter to friends and supporters. "It is increasingly clear that pressure is mounting on many of my supporters to shift their support.
Consequently, I hereby release those individuals who have endorsed and supported my campaign to transfer their support as they see fit to do so.
I am and have always been a proud Republican. It is my hope that with my actions today, my party will emerge stronger and our district and our nation can take an important step towards restoring the enduring strength and economic prosperity that has defined us for generations."
Ms. Scozzafava told the Watertown Daily Times that Siena Research Institute poll numbers show her too far behind to catch up - and she lacks enough money to spend on advertising in the last three days to make a difference. Mr. Owens has support from 36 percent of likely voters in the poll, with Mr. Hoffman garnering 35 percent support. Ms. Scozzafava has support from 20 percent of those polled."

With her support going to Hoffman, he should easily pull this out.  Moveover, this is a victory for the conservative wing of our party.  Scozzafava was a moderate - more liberal than not or worse- and voters are clearly rejecting that stance in this day of liberal spend and tax.

This is also a wakeup call for the GOP, quite throwing these any-way-the-wind-blows candidates at us, we're not biting.

Look for this election to be a mandate that will spread throughout the elections of 2010 and even 2012.

GOP to Party Like it's 1994?

Can you feel it? Well you should.  Down but not out, the signs are pointing towards a romp in November of 2010.
"The latest Rasmussen Reportsnational telephone survey shows that 43% would vote for their district’s Republican congressional candidate while 36% would opt for his or her Democratic opponent. That represents the lowest level of support for Democrats in recent years, while Republicans have tied their highest level of support for the third straight week. The previous low for Democrats over the past year was 37%. This summer, support for Republican candidates ranged from 41% to 43%, support for Democrats ranged from 37% to 39%. Looking back one year ago, support was strikingly different for the parties. Throughout the summer of 2008, support for Democratic congressional candidates ranged from 45% to 48%. Republican support ranged from 34% to 37%. This is now the tenth straight week GOP candidates have held the advantage. However, Scott Rasmussen, president of Rasmussen Reports, notes that it’s too early for Republicans to be celebrating. “These numbers certainly represent weakness for the Democrats, but it’s important to remember that the mid-term elections are 14 months away. That’s plenty of time for the President’s party to do some damage control and pick up the pieces from what has been a tough month of August.”
Perhaps. But we've seen nothing to indicate that since Democrats took over in 2006. Quite the contrary we've seen a party on self-destruct. I doubt they get this together in time to "change the tide", as Americans by wide margins believe the current congress to be too liberal which conflicts with their by in large conservative beliefs. But I agree it's not time to celebrate just yet. In another poll Rasmussen shows that eventy-four percent (74%) of Republican voters say their party’s representatives in Congress have lost touch with GOP voters nationwide over the past several years. Which should be a warning that if the GOP wants to get back in power they had better return to core conservative values. Then and only then will the celebration begin.

Bad News for RINOS - Get with the Program or Get Out!

Rasmussen Reports poll tells us what we conservatives already knew - that our current GOP crop is for the most part no better than Democrat-Lite:
"Seventy-four percent (74%) of Republican voters say their party’s representatives in Congress have lost touch with GOP voters nationwide over the past several years. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 18% of GOP voters believe their elected officials have done a good job representing the base.
Most Republican voters (55%) say that the average Republican in Congress is more liberal than the average Republican voter. Twenty-four percent (24%) say the average Republican in Congress holds views about the same as the average Republican voter while just 17% think the Congressional Republicans are more conservative than GOP voters. Republican voters overwhelmingly believe it is more important for the party to stand for what it believes in rather than trying to work with President Barack Obama. Eighty-four percent (84%) of Republicans hold that view while just 14% favor more co-operation with the President. As for voters not affiliated with either major party, 58% say the GOP should stand for what it believes in while 33% would like to see more cooperation with the President. Seventy-one percent (71%) of unaffiliated voters believe the Republicans in Congress have lost touch with their base and a plurality of unaffiliateds (41%) believe that the average Republican in Congress is more liberal than the average Republican voters."

Now is the time that the conservative base begin communicating to our party that we will stand for nothing less that they stand for conservative principles.

Credit where it's due, I've been pleasantly surprised that the GOP has stood fast on opposing Obamacare and hope they continue to stand their ground.

They'd better, or else it's adios.

Congressional Generic Ballot Continues to Heavily favor GOP

And over a long period of time.
"This summer brought a significant shift in voter preferences in the Generic Congressional Ballot. As Republican Congressional candidates once again lead Democrats by a 43% to 38% margin this week, this is now the ninth straight ballot the GOP has held a modest advantage. Over the past nine weeks, Republicans have held a two-to-five point advantage over Democrats every week. It is important to note, however, that the recent shift is not only because Republicans have been gaining support, but that Democrats have slipped in support. While support for Republican candidates ranged from 41% to 43%, support for Democrats ranged from 37% to 39%. Looking back one year ago, support was strikingly different for the parties. Throughout the summer of 2008, support for Democratic congressional candidates ranged from 45% to 48%. Republican support ranged from 34% to 37%."
It's easy. After three years of Democratic Partisan Failure, voters have had enough. But we can't take this for granted. We need strong conservative candidates who can speak conservative values to Americans that counter the liberal/socialist views they getting from Democrats.
