No Time?

From the 11th Circuit Court Ruling....

"Judges Gerald Tjoflat and Charles R. Wilson, the same two judges who also issued a dissenting opinion last week when the full court considered the case for the first time, said the harried pace of appeals made it impossible to determine if state courts properly considered the evidence."

Ah, yeah!?

With her being starved to death, who had time? Maybe if they would have just ruled on the side of "life", they would have order the feeding tube put back in to give the appeals process a fair chance.

It would have only been fair, but then from the beginning it hasn't been about fair, has it?
