The "War" has begun

Santorum says Congress ought to discuss jurists' 'snubbing' of lawmakers

"Sen. Rick Santorum, R-Pa., contends action should be taken against two judges who ignored congressional orders in the Terri Schiavo case.

Referring to U.S. District Judge James Whittemore's decision last week to reject a request for emergency intervention, Santorum said, "For this judge in this district to ignore that is tantamount, I believe, to an offense that should be discussed in the Congress."

Am I the only one seeing the coming battle between the Judiciary and the Legislative Branches. If so it is about time. The former has drawn a line in the sand and said, "How dare ye tread here!" I think it's time the Congress steps across it.

Amen. While we're at it, let's begin a "discovery" to gather a Grand Jury to investigate the whole story - "Mercy" or "Murder".
