Notice the "concern" from Chuck Hagel about losing the war on our "image" around the world. My take: "I don't give a rats behind about what the "world" thinks of us. In fact how we treat prisoners is pretty damn good compared to the rest of the world; in fact it is far above it. Don't believe it? Get caught by some insurgants in Iraq and see the difference.
