Senator Barack Obama comes to Hillary's defense over her stupid "plantation" statement:
"WASHINGTON -- Sen. Barack Obama on Wednesday defended Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's portrayal of the House of Representatives as a "plantation," saying she accurately described the muscle that Republicans wield in Congress.
"There's been a consolidation of power by the Republican Congress and this White House in which, if you are the ordinary voter, you don't have access," Obama (D-Ill.) said in an interview on CNN's "American Morning." "That should be a concern for all of us."
"What you've seen is further and further concentration of power around a very narrow agenda that advantages the most powerful," Obama told ABC's "Good Morning America." "I think that's what Sen. Clinton was referring to."
"Accurately describing the muscle Republican's wield in congress...." "A plantation???"
