Jason Leopold - Burn me once, shame on you, Burn me twice?

There is a little buzz going around about this article from Jason (liar, liar) Leopold which proports to have a link to a May 16, 2006, hearing transcript from the Libby camp. Color me skeptical. First, Leopold's article was published last Thursday and absolutely NO MSM has picked it up. Hell even The Leopold BS Checker Byron Yorkleft it alone. Second, documents (even hearing transcripts) aren't normally available to the public pre-trial.

Of course I could be wrong, but I'll need more than Leopold's word on anything of substance - a lot more.

UPDATE: Nothing on neither The DOJ's website, or Libby's Defense Fund website. Sent out several emails to confirm if this is legit.
