But these are good questions. How is China slapping us on the back in regards to foreign trade while selling their weapons to rogue nations? Easy - it's because aside from the rhetoric China and Russia gives, as I said they actually resent us as a World Power, and in fact have been plotting behind the scenes to lessen our influence in the world.
